• Backstop Size: 12' high tall plus 6' of angled canopy. The width is 20' in the center with 10' wide wings on the sides. See sketch below
• Installation: This backstop kit includes all materials necessary to assemble a backstop, except the concrete. Installation instructions are included and can be previewed from our web site. A printable PDF file is also available. Degree of difficulty on a scale of 10 would be about an 6. The installer must dig large holes to concrete the posts into the ground. The actual installation of rails and chain link requires climbing, which always makes an installation more time consuming and difficult. Special tools are required. This is not an installation suitable for the average person. Average installation time for two people could be 3 to 4 days.  Price includes shipping in within the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Designed for protection with a canopy, the BS-F37 baseball backstop features a full 12' of vertical height plus an angled 6' canopy. The width is 20' with 10' wings.  Like our other backstops, the BS-F37 is now available in kit form and may be shipped to the lower 48 states.  This backstop is the easiest to install of the backstop kits we carry.  We can build other styles to your specifications and size, but you must provide drawings or material lists for bid purposes. Standard Backstop: The standard BS-F37 Backstop Kit is designed with 9 gauge galvanized chain link stretched on the bottom vertical portion (12' high) of the backstop. The top canopy of the backstop is designed with 11 gauge chain link fabric.

Upgrades & Options Available: You may upgrade the bottom vertical portion of the backstop (12 high) to a 6 gauge chain link fabric for more durability. This portion of the backstop typically receives the majority of the abuse from baseballs, softballs, etc.. You may also upgrade the top portion of the backstop from an 11 gauge chain link to 9 gauge chain link; this option also includes an upgrade of the framework from 16 gauge (.065 wall) to 14 gauge (.085 wall) for further support and durability.
