For Chain Link & Other Internal Top Track Slide Gate Systems
Internal track slide gate systems have become increasingly popular for use with chain link and ornamental slide gates. The basic top track system consist of a heavy duty aluminum track which is either bolted or welded near the top of the gate frame. Slide gate trucks/ trolleys are then bolted to truck hanger brackets which are then bolted to the two posts. Two lower guide roller assemblies are mounted to the bottom of two gate posts to keep the bottom of the gate in place. Due to the internal track design of the slide gate, pinch points are nearly eliminated completely and moving parts are kept out of the weather. Internal slide gate systems are some of, if not, the smoothest of slide gate hardware systems available. The use of aluminum slide gate track and stainless steel truck/ trolley assemblies create a long lasting trouble free gate system which will outlast most others available.
A basic internal track slide gate hardware system consists of one aluminum slide gate track, two slide gate trolleys, two truck hanger brackets, two bottom roller guides, stop bracket, and a latch.

Slide gate stop brackets feature U-Bolts designed to fit 2" square stock. Bracket is approximately 6" long and 2" high. Gate stop brackets must be installed to prevent gates from coming off tracks. They also provide a secure positive stop for gate travel if automated. This simple to install bolt-on stop may be used on aluminum or steel sliding cantilever or internal track gates. |
