Model BGUS Parking Gate Operator

The Model BGUS barrier gate is designed to control vehicular traffic on driveways up to approximately 18 feet wide. Gate arm opening speed is 8 seconds. On high end usage installations, it is recommended to use two Model BGU barrier gates on opposing sides of the driveway. The Model BGUS can be actuated by most access control devices. The Model BGUS barrier gate can be used for either traffic control or parking applications. Through switch selections, the gate operator is universal and suitable for all installation and operational functions. Switch selection allows for full flexibility as to how and when the arm comes down in traffic control situations. Available with a 16' arm and two cabinet colors.

  • Weather-resistant galvanized steel cabinet with powder coat finish available in yellow or white

  • Master/Slave - simple three-wire connection
Gate Arm:
  • 16' arm
  • Constructed of 5/4 soft wood, painted white with yellow and black warning tape and labels on each side
Anti-Entrapment/Detection Devices:
  • Operator is pre-wired to accept contact and non-contact detection devices such as reverse edges and/or photo electric eyes
Warning Signals:
  • Pre-start audio/visual outputs provided
