Automatic Gate Lock - FM142
for "Push-To-Open" Applications,
Locking Gate In Closed Position
(can also be used to lock gates in open position)

This lock is used for gates that "push-to-open". Lock is mounted on the inside of the gate, the same side the operators are mounted on. The gate opens outward, toward the road. When using on double drive gates, sequencing of the gate will stabilize one half of the gate for the lock to engage when fully closed. Brackets may be required to mount the receiver in the correct position to accept the lock's latching mechanism when mounting to a post. (usually a "Z" shaped bracket). Use the 433IH receiver below when mounting to a column. Mounting brackets are not included. Hardware is readily available at any hardware store.

Lock can also be used to lock the gate in the open position, primarily to take the stress off the gate operator in high wind situations. Heavy solid gates may require this lock.

The GTO control board is ready to accept this add-on accessory. Simply mount the lock, run the provided wire across the gate to the control box and plug it in.

This lock is an older version of the FM142 found here. This item is slightly tarnished, but it can be easily painted to look like new. Available at the discounted price of $125.00.
