Tubular Barrier Gates I need a quote
for a size not listed? How do I get a price and how do I order?
You may print out and use our 'fax-a-quote'
page and fax it to us for a quote. You may also simply send us an e-mail with all the
details. You may order custom sizes by fax or by toll free phone.
What type of latch is used on a double barrier gate and can it be purchased
separately?
Our standard double kits all use Strong Arm Gate Latces. A FenceLoc™
in conjunction with a commercial grade drop rod is another option. Each of these latches are
padlockable and may be purchased separately. Visit our online chain link parts catalog for a full
selection of gate hardware.
How long does it take to install one of these barrier gates?
With proper planning and without an operator, these can easily be installed in half a day,
however often the posts are set in a couple hours one day. The gate is then hung in a few
minutes the next day once the cement has cured.
Can I alter the standard design?
Yes, we have built these gates with diagonal bracing, additional vertical, and
additional horizontal bracing. Please use our 'fax-a-quote'
form and supply us with a simple sketch of your design. Please note additional fees may
apply.
How is gate sizing handled?
Our standard gate kits are built to fit the opening size listed. Therefore the 10'
barrier gate will not measure 10' wide finish size; it will be slightly less to account
for the hinge and latch space allowance. In general, if you order all the components from
us, e.g. posts, hinges and a latch, we will build the gate for that opening size
specified. If you want your gates built to a finish width, please specify upon ordering. |
