The popular and cost effective DC-powered GTO/PRO PRO2000XL and PRO2002XL are excellent choices for single and double swing residential automated gate applications. The 12-volt systems easily open and close gates up to 12' wide and up to 400 lbs. in weight. These units are a 'pin-to-pin replacement for the older GTO/PRO 1000 master and PRO1200 slave opener.

For residential and light commercial single and double gates, the PRO3000XL master gate operator alone or paired with the PRO3200XL slave unit is a dynamite unit. Good for gates up to 16' in width (each opener) and up to 650 lbs., this GTO model will operate the vast majority of swing gates out there needing a gate operator. We  liked this unit so much, we have two double gates operated by the master/slave combo at the Hoover Fence Fence Farm!

For those preferring arm-style operators of the highest quality available in the fence and gate industry, we recommend the PRO4000XL for single automated gates and pair this unit with the PRO4200XL slave for dual gates. Rated for gate openings up to 20' wide and a massive 1000 lbs., this unit is ideal for single family dwellings and housing complexes of up to twenty multi-family units or other comparable commercial applications. With a rating like this, you can let all your teenage kids and their friends come and go as they please!

For the heavier and larger gates requiring continuous duty/ operation, select the AC-powered GTO/PRO GP-SW050 or GP-SW100 rated as continuous duty. The lighter duty GP-SW050 is rated for a gate with up to a 16' wide opening and 650 lbs.. The heavier duty GP-SW100 is rated for gates with up to 20' wide openings and 1200 lbs.

Battery back-up is a built in feature with all these GTO/PRO gate openers and gates will continue to work during a power outage!
