Similar to the Automatic Gate Lock but designed for horizontal use only on walk-through gates without automatic openers. Complete with its own control box, battery, push-button, keyed manual release for emergencies and installation manual. This is an affordable solution to protecting swimming pool areas, playgrounds, tennis courts, boat docks and other secured areas from unwanted access. The battery for the Bulldog is recharged by plugging it into a 16 ga. low voltage wire run to an outlet. The transformer is included. The low voltage wire is not included and can be purchased below. Another option is to recharge the battery with a solar panel. The solar panel is sold separately below. In that case you do not need low voltage wire for the power nor the transformer. For better security, install an optional keypad. The keypad must be hard-wired to the control box of the Bulldog. Use low voltage wire for that also. Keypad is sold below.
