Low Voltage Swing Gate Operator designed for tubular steel, vinyl, wood, or ornamental gates. The enhanced motor design provides an extended cycle life, ideal for single family estates, housing complexes of up to twenty multi-family units or equivalent commercial applications. The PRO4000XL is for single swing gates. Add the slave unit PRO4200XL for a double swing gate (below). • Will operate a gate up to 20' wide and weighing up to 1000 lbs. each leaf if all proper installation procedures are followed. Minimum size gate for this operator is 8' wide each leaf.  Note: Ball bearing hinges should be used on all gates weighing over 250 lbs (113.4kg).

Add this unit to the PRO4000XL above and your system will operate a double swing gate up to 40' wide (20' each leaf), minimum gate size for this operator is 16' wide (8' each leaf). Burying the power cable directly across the driveway is fine. It can be snaked through conduit also. Cable is 1/4 inch diameter with a 1 inch plug on one end only.
