(Economical and Modular Kennels)
1.) What is the difference between economical
kennels and Hoover's modular kennels?
Answer:
Economical Kennel Kits:
We do not build, fabricate, or assemble the economical kennels we sell. We buy these in
volume and pass the savings on to our customers. These are designed for light-duty
homeowner use. These ship unassembled in cardboard boxes and assembly is quick and easy
for the inexperienced. The kennels are constructed of light weight materials and
disassemble quickly making them easy to transport to new locations. All fittings,
framework, and mesh is galvanized for outdoor use. Economical kennels, due to design, have
proved popular for temporary basement and garage pens. We currently offer shade covers,
waterproof covers, and kennel floors as accessories. Please review the comparison chart

Modular
Kennels:
The modular kennels are fabricated with higher quality materials and professionally welded
and assembled; they are designed and built to withstand harsh weather and animal abuse.
Modular kennel panels are welded, stretched, tied off, and gates are securely hung prior
to shipping on a skid. Panels simply stand upright and bolt together during installation.
These panels must ship by truck, however may be unloaded by hand. We have supplied kennels
to quality conscious homeowners, dog boarders and breeders, K-9 units, and government
agencies for a variety of applications. Due to design and weight, these are not as easy to
move as the economical kennel kits. They are more suitable for permanent installations or
infrequent moves. Chain link mesh tops, shade covers, waterproof covers, and kennel floors
are currently offered as accessories. Please review the comparison chart below and the
