6.) How long does it take to receive a kennel after
one orders?
Answer:
Economical Kennel Kits:
Economical kennel kits are stock items. Please allow 24 hrs. for processing your
order prior to shipping, weekends excluded. We ship these via UPS ground service. You may
expedite delivery, however you will be responsible for the additional delivery charges.
Please call to order if you would like expedited delivery 1-800-355-2335. We are located
in N.E. Ohio. Allow approximately 2-3 days for any east coast destination, 4-6 days for
west coast destinations.
Modular Kennels:
Lead times for modular kennel panels vary depending on season and order size. In
general we ship these in 1-3 weeks. Feel free to ask for a more definitive shipping date
when ordering as we can predict with greater accuracy when your order will ship from our
facilities. We ship on a first come first served basis. We ship these common carrier
(large truck). For more information, please read our shipping policy found here. Expediting
common carrier shipments usually is not practical due to cost. Please allow 2-4 days for
east coast destinations and 4-7 days for west coast destinations. |
