Kennel Panel Kits Assembly

For this demonstration, we have chosen a 6' x 4' panel.  Each panel kit consists of the same number of pieces, however, the individual lengths of pipe and fabric will vary.   Open boxes and inspect all parts.
A panel kit consists of:

Form rectangular shape by inserting pipe into hex corners		 Click thumbnail for larger image.
Use drill attached with Phillips screwdriver bit.		 Click thumbnail for larger image.
Use (4) self-tap screws per corner.		 Click thumbnail for larger image.
Slip on brace bands. (5) per side for 6' high panel.

Slide tension bar between weaves of fabric.		 Click thumbnail for larger image.
Pull tension bar so that you can fit a bolt through a diamond of the weave.

Use a nut and bolt to attach brace band to tension bar.		 Click for animated illustration.
Use tie wires and tie off top and bottom of panel.

After the top has been properly tied.		 Click thumbnail for larger image.
We include (2) saddle clamps per panel so you may attach other panels.
