| SmartPet Products Insulated SmartPet Doors must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's printed instructions. The SmartPet Door is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime from the date of purchase. Defective parts may be returned to SmartPet Products, freight prepaid, for repair or replacement. The decision of repair or replacement is up to the discretion of SmartPet Products. This guarantee does not cover labor or materials costs incurred by reinstallation of repaired or replaced parts. Gasketing and window breakage are excluded from the coverage. | |
