| The MWR03
is a three channel receiver and is designed to work with most gate and commercial door
operators. This receiver is designed to receive transmissions from up to three
different input devices. It has a range of up to 100 feet and as an added bonus, the
antenna is removeable and can be moved (using coaxial cable) to a new location for better
reception if needed. The MWR03 is compatible with both gate/ door
transmitters, MWTA02 (alarmed) and MWT02 (no alarm).
It is also compatible with regular size hand held transmitters MWHT01
and the mini-transmitters MWKT01. The Miller Edge Model MWTA02 and MWT02 gate and door edge transmitters are designed to provide obstacle sensing protection for a variety of motorized gates and doors. They are easily mounted and wired to the gate or door edge sensor. When the sensing edge comes in contact with an obstruction, a closed circuit signal is created and is sent to the transmitter. The transmitter relays the information to the receiver and the receiver passes the message along to the operator motor. The gate or door stops movement instantaneously and will then reverse the direction of travel. The Model MWTA02 is available with an audible alarm feature that activates when the battery has only 25% of its life remaining, indicating the battery should be replaced. The alarm sounds for 5 to 10 seconds at 1 to 2 minute intervals. Both models of the transmitter come standard with a NEMA 4 weather-proof enclosure. The enclosure can be easily mounted with the four mounting holes and screws provided. Both the Miller Edge receiver
and transmitters are designed to have several selectable options not found on other radio
controls. Simply select these options with the convenient dip switches and wire
harness. The Miller single channel receiver operates on either 12 or 24 volt
AC or DC and is capable of sending a pulse or continuous signal. The three
channel receiver operates on 24 volt AC or DC. |
