Gates include self-closing hinges and standard self-latching latch. Double gates also include center drop rod. All posts are 2'' sq. x 88'' long unless otherwise stated. Posts can be surface mounted using deck mount castings. For above ground installation, posts would require cutting to length desired. This is a fence and not intended for above ground decks as hand rail. Always consult your local building codes for approval before ordering your fence. This fence meets BOCA codes for swimming pool fences. Some building codes require the Magna Latch for child-safety.
