Gates include self-closing hinges and standard self-latching magnetic safety latch. Double gates also include center drop rod. All posts are 2'' sq. x 70'' long unless otherwise stated. Ovation black only ships within 5 business days. White and bronze ship within 2-3 weeks depending on the season. Posts can be surface mounted using deck mount castings. For above ground installation, posts would require cutting to length desired. This is a fence and not intended for above ground decks as hand rail. Always consult your local building codes for approval before ordering your fence. Some building codes require child safety latches. This fence (with magnetic latch) meets BOCA codes for swimming pool fences.
