Is there a warranty with sports equipment?
Hoover Fence Company provides a 30-day money back guarantee on top of the manufacturer's warranty. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our company, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer (See our return policy below for exceptions and more information).

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Most items on our site are shipped UPS Ground from the manufacturer. Delivery times on these items are usually 7-10 business days. Items that are oversized will be shipped by common carrier. Common carrier delivery times are usually 10-15 business days. In the event a product is not immediately available you will be contacted and given an approximate delivery date. Delivery times can be calculated before placing an order if necessary by us contacting the manufacturer. Expedited delivery is available for UPS items but will incur additional charges.

What is your shipping policy?
It is the responsibility of the customer to be available when the carrier delivers the shipped items. You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange delivery times. Our full shipping policy can be seen here.

What is your return policy?
Hoover Fence Company offers a 30 day return policy. Guidelines for returning an item must be followed to assure a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our full return policy can be seen here.

Online tracking is available on our Sports Index Page. You can also track your shipment on the Hoover Fence Company Home Page. Just click on the "track shipment" truck on these pages to track your order. A carrier and tracking number will be necessary to use this service. You will be contacted to confirm your order, carrier and tracking numbers will be given to you at this time. You can also call us for this information.
