Short Stretch Tool

Stretch your profits with a short hand stretch tool! Simple leverage tool makes short work of short stetches. Use the 1-3/8" size for gates and kennel panels which frequently have a 1-3/8" frame. Use the 2-1/2" size for residential chain link jobs where terminal posts are often 2-1/2" O.D. (outside diameter). Not recommended for heavy gauges of chain link; use a pul jak instead. The Fence Stretch'R is a three-in-one tool; the multiple notches in the tool allow for stretching to posts 1-3/8" through 4" O.D.. Tightens tension bar toward end of post for easy tie off. Self-locking action allows easier two handed tie-off
