How
to order a Pergola:
All pergolas are made with the same high-quality vinyl
materials. Pergola kits on this page feature wood support systems
for the beams. Wood is not provided, available at your local lumberyard.
Aluminum support is provided for the 1-1/2"x 5-1/2" rafters. For spans over 10' we recommend wood reinforcement since
aluminum of longer lengths can begin to sag on it's own weight.
Ordering Options:
This page features kits with wood support option which includes
hollow beams and channeled rafters with aluminum support. Choose
your color, size, and shade option. All prices are for the total
parts needed in the kit. These kits use the classic look of our
seamless Tapered Round Vinyl Columns.
The
following kits include:
8"x 90" Tapered Columns, 2"x 6"
Beams (wood support option), 1-1/2"x 5-1/2" Rafters with
Aluminum Support, Concrete Mounts, Pergola Ends, Vinyl Rafter
Brackets, Screws, Glue, Driver Bits, and Assembly Instructions. Shade covers include caps
or lattice channels. Note: Clay kits come with 2"x 6" Beams and
Rafters with wood support option only.
