20 Year Non-Prorated Limited Warranty
on Vinyl Arbors and Trellisses
| If during the 20 year period following installation of the Vinyl
products, said product manifests signs of splitting, cracking, surface peeling, rot,
termite attack and/or corrosion, and if, after examination upon receipt by manufacturer of
the alleged defective product, freight prepaid by the purchaser, it is determined that the
splitting, cracking, surface peeling, rot, termite attack and/or corrosion is caused by or
results from, defective manufacture of the vinyl product, then, in its sole discretion,
the manufacturer agrees to either refund that material, or replace the defective material.
Labor, installation and any similar costs are excluded specifically and shall not be paid
by the manufacturer in any event. This limited warranty is not tranferable. This warranty excludes: Fire damage, acts of God, Misuse or abuse, fading of colors due to natural weathering, failure of ground to support unit, or use outside USA. All purchases must be recorded by warranty registration within 30 days of purchase and warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
