More Info: The Chesterfield
w/Lattice Accent style features 7" wide "boards" with tongue and groove
edges so one board fits inside the other. This is the best way to avoid gaps between the
pickets. This style offers total privacy. The "classic curved deco rails" add to
the attractive appearance while also making installation easier. The lower rail contains a
hidden steel reinforcement channel to prevent sagging. Available in 5' and 6' heights
in white and almond colors. Actual height includes lattice panel at top. Sections
are capable of raking out of square to follow grades. Sections include rails and pickets.
Posts and post caps sold separately. Choice of post caps. Choice
of colors.
Note: The top accent rail of this style changed from 3x3 to 2x3.5
in 2009. The posts, pickets, and the channels around the lattice panel
also changed at this time. This style will no longer match the
Chesterfield with Lattice style purchased before 2009. |

| Gates/Hardware:
Gates have an aluminum frame, diagonal brace is no longer required.
Preassembled gates available in 36-1/2", 50-1/2", and 64-3/4" widths. Gate kits available for building your own gate
up to 50-1/2" wide.
Gate kits include (2) vinyl gate uprights with aluminum "U" channel
inserts, (2) vinyl caps for uprights, and (2) aluminum channel rail
inserts. Add a gate extension kit for building gates up to 72" wide. Order an extra fence section to
complete the gate. Double drive gate: order (2) gate kits and
(1) drop pin kit. See installation tips

| Classic Curved Rails: "Classic Curved Deco Rails" are featured
on all tongue and groove privacy fence styles. These rails have the distinctive look of
decorative crown molding. The larger molding offers a sharp detail and classic styling
that cannot be found in any other privacy rail on the market. Note: Some
existing pictures on our site may show the old style rails that have been changed. The old style rails may be available as replacements
to existing fence until the supply is exhausted. (more
