Colonial Balusters
DecKorators® Colonial Balusters combine the look of our Classic Baluster with a design detail that recalls traditional Colonial times. The rich turned spindle look provides a distinguished appearance not found when using 2x2 balusters. Available in three colors, the Colonial is a 26" baluster for a 36" railing. Customize your deck or porch by alternating Colonial balusters with Classic balusters, and add Designer Connectors to complete this look (Designer Connectors shown in photo at right).  Balusters are constructed of aluminum with a durable powder coated finish. Balusters install to wood or composite railings easily using DecKorators' plastic baluster connectors. When installed, the connector does not show. Connectors are also available for stair applications.
Note: Balusters can be installed by drilling holes in the top and bottom rails for the balusters to fit into but this is not recommended when using treated lumber. Treated lumber has a chemical that isn't compatible with aluminum, therefore the plastic connectors.

Connectors:

Straight Connectors - Install on the top and bottom of the deck rails to create a perfect connection between the rails.
                                    

Angle Connectors - Designed to work with the deck rails for stairs between 30 - 35 degrees.
