Shipping times may vary thoughout the year depending on the volume of orders we receive for a particular style post cap. Normally shipping times increase as the summer season progresses. In an attempt to alleviate this problem, Hoover Fence Company stocks the most popular styles and sizes. This gives the customer the shortest possible waiting period before they receive their order. The guide below shows the styles that you can expect to receive in a short period of time and the styles you can expect to have to wait longer periods of time before your postcaps arrive. The in-stock items normally ship in 2-3 business days. The non-stock items normally ship in 15-20 business days. Special order post caps are made when the order is placed and normally takes 4-6 weeks to deliver. These special order items could ship quicker, but at the busiest time of the year you should expect a longer wait before you receive your order. We appreciate your understanding of these shipping times and will do our best to get your order shipped in the shortest period of time.

Most standard size post caps (dimensional 4x4 and 6x6) are kept in stock for quick delivery. Not all the standard sizes are stocked, look for "In Stock" noted on each individual style for the quickest delivery time.

Non-Stock Post Caps: Normally ship out in 15-20 business days.

Standard size post caps that are not normally in stock will fall under this catagory. Dentil styles also are non-stock items, look for "Non-Stock" noted for the individual styles that will ship in 15-20 business days.

Special Order Post Caps: Normally ship out in 4-6 weeks.

Odd size post caps, large size post caps, mahogany and redwood post caps are all special order items. These styles will take around 4-6 weeks to deliver, depending on what time of year your order is placed.
