Countess Vinyl Fence Panels (COUNTESS-S)
The eye-catching style of the Countess vinyl picket fence is sure to add drama to any yard. Use this fence as a pool fence or as a means to create a unique look in your front yard. The Countess is a contemporary style vinyl fence using a combination of 7/8" thick x 3" wide and 7/8" thick x 1-1/2" wide pickets. It has a steel reinforcing rail that fits inside the bottom vinyl rail to add strength. Sections are 8' wide. Available in 4', 5' and 6' heights. The 5' and 6' heights have three rails while the 4' height has a top and bottom rail only. The rails measure 1-3/4" x 3-1/2". This vinyl fence used with the Magna Latch meets BOCA pool safety codes. Sections are capable of raking out of square to follow grades. Posts and post caps sold separately.

good customer service when called, but could be more proactive

The customer service was good when I called them, but they could be more proactive. My fence was delayed numerous times and I always had to contact them to find out when the new expected ship date was. It would be nice if they would proactively tell me when my ship date changed. Also, I paid for lift-gate services so I didn't have to manually unload my fencing, but because of the size of the pallets 2 out of the 3 pallets had to still be unloaded by hand. The product seams to be well made but it hasn't been installed yet so I can't say for sure.
