My original fence is a little over 400 feet of privacy fence (Lexington) which was installed 5 years ago. We have greatly enjoyed its function, appearance and the lack of need for maintenance other than an occasional algae removal. However, we had a significant windstorm which resulted in a huge limb falling and mashing one section into the ground. The most difficult part of getting the needed parts was determining if we had a new or old version of our style. After that, I can tell you that Chelsea assisted me wonderfully in getting our order placed, and promised the parts would arrive in three weeks. They arrived in less than a week!! Everything was there and the three packages were delivered together. Thanks, Chelsea and Hoover Fence!!!

The install went well! The only issue was that the aluminum inserts were too big for the 4 fence/gate we had purchased!

Costumer service was really nice and knowledgeable about there products. I only had a small order due to wind damage. They shipped me a small order which no other company I had contacted before would do. I will definitely use them in the future.
