SafeFoam™ is a special tubular padding that is designed specifically to protect fences and poles. Sometimes called top rail cover, this Premium Tough-Skin SafeFoam™ top rail cover adds safety and beauty to your fence. This product will fit over chain link top rails, fence posts, poles, or railings that are 2" round in diameter or less.

This product is sold pre-cut in 8' sections and is available in a choice of Yellow, Green, Blue, or Red and in your choice of 4-Packs or 10-Packs.
