The Pergola Shade Slats are sometimes used in the construction of vinyl pergolas. They are typically run perpendicular on top of the rafters. This added layer increases the shade provided by the structure.

Overall the service was great. Though I understand the issues Covid has had on everyone including producers and providers, my order was delayed 3-4 weeks from the original ship date. I was okay with that, but I needed to call each week to get an update, and Hoover being proactive with that information would be an improvement they could institute which would be very important to a customer that had tighter schedule that I did. But again very happy with the product and service in particular the help from Vanessa in customer service.
