Barbed Wire Stretch Tool - "T-Bar"

Galvanized pipe and welded construction. Heavy duty for the lean, mean fencing machine. A Hoover Fence original fence tool for decades now, use this "T-Bar"  for shorter stretches of barbed wire and tension wire. Simply hand-thread barbed wire or tension wire through nut and bolt of brace band. 'Grab' loose end of wire with notch precut in our T-bar and crank, or turn device with handle.T-bar will wind up wire on shaft until tight. 'Unfold' wire back against itself and hand wrap to stretched portion of barbed wire, or tension wire. This tool will last for dozens of stretches. The only part that could wear out is the notch cut in end of T-bar. Simply cut off, and renotch to renew tool. A hole can also be drilled in end to 'grab' wire instead of a notch. For longer stretches, use a come-a-long and cable grip.
