Please review order(s) carefully for accuracy. Hoover Fence Co. may not be held responsible for incorrectly ordered items, incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect contact information, etc. Any resulting fees due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility. Please consult one of our knowledgeable staff members with any questions prior to order. We sincerely want to get your order right the first time!
Order Processing:
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are placed on temporary hold for review and processing. A staff member will be in touch if additional information is required.
Lead Times:
Lead times can vary. All lead times are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays.
Stock items available with expedited delivery services will ship within 24 hours.
Non-stock small items generally ship in 1-5 days by small parcel carriers.
Job lot fence orders generally ship in 1-3 weeks.
Special order items can take 6-8 weeks, or longer.
All lead time estimates are subject to change.
Lead times do not include transit times.
You Must Be Present:
You, or your representative, must be present for delivery. Most carriers will call/ notify before delivery and allow a reasonable amount of time for you to clear your schedule before they become concerned about storage. Failure to accept delivery within a reasonable amount of time may result in additional storage fees.
You Must Unload Materials:
You, or your representative, are responsible for unloading materials from the truck. Larger orders may require equipment. Smaller orders can often be done by hand.
Delivery Vehicle Access:
The destination address provided must accommodate trucks/ trailers appropriate to materials ordered. Please provide a commercial address with equipment/ manpower to unload larger orders.
Special Carrier Services:
Special carrier services such as lift gate service, residential and remote delivery, and/ or limited access delivery, etc.. must be discussed prior to order and may not be included as part of the standard freight charges. Please consult a staff member prior to order if special services may be required to check availability. All back charges for failure to do so will be the customer’s responsibility.
You Must Report Damages and or Shortages:
You, or your representative, must note any damages or shortages directly on the Bill of Lading/ delivery receipt. You are required to promptly report damages and file any necessary claims directly to the carrier. Failure to do so may result in claims being denied. Consult one of our knowledgeable staff members for assistance.
Shipping Expense Disclaimer:
All orders are subject to confirmation. Additional shipping expenses, although rare, may apply due to weight, size, location, and/or other variables. Should additional funds be required to cover transportation of goods, you will be contacted prior to order processing for approval.
International Orders:
We will contact you prior to shipping your order if additional funds are required to process your order. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or other applicable charges or fees that may be required for international orders.
