Abbey Trading 10" Antique Casement Stay - Black

How to Install the Antique Casement Stay:

1. With window in closed position, establish desired position for hinged arm, normally central on window frame.
2. Fasten hinged arm to the window approximately 3/8" above the internal frame with screws provided.
3. Place the two retaining pegs in position and engage to hinged arm (in the outer two holes). With the window firmly closed, mark the position of the retainers, lift arm and fix to frame with screws provided.

Directions are for guidance only. Requirements may vary due to individual circumstances. We recommend drilling smaller pilot holes before screwing to reduce the chance of splitting wood, and when going completely through wood products, drill from both sides.
