180 Degree Malleable Steel Hinges (CL-HINGE-180-MAL)
Use 180 Degree Malleable Steel Hinges, designed for 2" square gate frames, for any heavy duty gate application that you have. These hinges are a convenient option for mounting chain link gates with square frames to both round and square hinge posts. These will also work for metal gates, steel framed wood wood gates, or steel framed vinyl gates, providing the frame is 2" square stock.
Hinges are made from malleable steel and galvanized for outdoor use. They feature heavy, near 1/2" hinge pins, allow for hanging of some of the heaviest of gates. Self-locking nuts assure a secure fit. Pair these hinges with any of our gate latches designed for square and flat surfaces. Typical installations require two hinges per gate, but for taller/heavier gates, we recommend 3-4 hinges per leaf. The 3" square to 2" square hinge is also available in black (NW6341-2030-BK).

Instructions
Installation is easy with these hinges, simply bolt the hinges around the gate frame and lift entire gate in place while bolting on the post side. Place a block or two of wood under the gate to 'set' gate at the perfect height to clear the ground and swing smoothly. No welding is required!
