A little slow in responding to my request for a return but I had the good fortune to speak with Chelsea Palarmas. Within in minutes of hanging up the phone in, I received a RMA number and instructions for the return. Pleasant, professional and quick to respond rates a five star. The product- splice plates were the best I could find anywhere but in the end were not needed.
