Hoover was the place that a CSR recommended personally for an item that I needed. I few days later, I contacted them to see if they could locate a fence support cable system that I also needed. By the end of the day, they had found it. Next day they gave me a quote. It's now sitting about three feet from me. That's good service. Funny side note: After receiving first item, I found out that the business is just outside the small town where my grandparents lived over 50 years ago.
