Contemporary Butterfly Hinge for Wood Gates. D&D Technologies offers a full range of zinc-coated mild steel wood gate hardware to compliment our polymer, Aluminum, stainless steel and heavy duty commercial lines. No rough edges left over from the stamping process & debris removed before finishing. The most complete corrosion resistant finish coverage on the market. Fully treated fasteners with a proprietary corrosion resistant finish. High-tech lubricants prevent binding and provide smooth & quiet operation for our wood gate hardware hinges. Polymer bearings improve the life and performance of our wood gate hardware hinges. Only D&D backs the quality of our wood gate hardware with a 10 year limited warranty (5 years on springs). Hinges can be used in combination with the Wood Hardware Spring Closer in order for the gate to be self-closing.

Instructions
- Position gate leaf directly over gate frame with hinge barrel overhanging the edge of gate. NOTE: Post leaf must be completely on post.
- Mark screw locations.
- Drill 3/16" pilot holes.
- Fasten gate leaf to gate.
- Assemble hinges with pin heads up.
- Position gate in opening at desired height with shim blocks, allowing adequate ground clearance.
- Mark screw locations of post leaf on post.
- Drill 3/16" pilot holes.
- Fasten post leaf to post.
