Heavy Duty Screw Hook and Strap Hinges feature the ability to bolt directly into the gate post or gate upright using the screw hook. The female portion of the hinge straps directly on to the face of the gate or gate post and secures with lag screws. Use one pair of hinges on gates 5' high or shorter; use three hinges per gate for gates 6' high and taller. These heavy hinges are some of the strongest we carry. Screw hook and strap hinges feature traditional 'old world' charm coupled with modern strength and a long-lasting black rust-resistant finish. Hinges include lag bolts for mounting strap portion to face of gate. Please note that style of strap may vary slightly.
