IGD Deluxe Nylon Rollers for Cantilever Gates - Square Post

IGD introduces the E/Z Slide Nylon Cantilever Rollers. Rollers are made of compression molded graphite-impregnated MC Nylon. Rollers are for use with square gate posts and can be used for most sliding or rolling gates with round or square stock. Typically four are required for per gate. Gates are 'sandwiched' between the two top rollers and bottom rollers. Excellent choice for larger gates and automated sliding gates. The design of these high quality rollers allow even the largest of cantilever sliding gates to glide open and close effortlessly. Ease of slide will prolong the life of gate operators since it decreases stress on gate opener. Added advantages of these rollers include maintenance free, durability and strength, and smooth operation. Bearings are rubber-sealed and permanently lubricated.

The Heavy Duty rollers are 7" diameter rollers with two bearings and an assembly capacity of 3,100 lb., the Heavy Duty rollers also feature an adjustable shaft.

The mounting hardware is hot dipped galvanized for corrosion resistance. The galvanized U-bolts include nylon insert lock nuts. Manufacturer offers a a lifetime warranty.
