LiftMaster 12 Volt DC Swing Gate Operator with Battery Backup

Use the LiftMaster RSW12UL Gate Operator to automatically open your swing gates. The RSW12UL is a 12 volt DC gate opener that also features battery backup that will allow your gate to remain in use for up to 147 cycles (open and close). This operator is perfect for residential or light commercial applications and will work on gates up to 16' wide or up to 1,000 lbs.

The Liftmaster RSW12UL meets all UL 325 Safety Standards thanks to the included LMRRUL monitored reflective style photo eye sensors which feature an updated swivel mounting bracket and an integrated heater that keeps the lens clear of moisture from rain, snow, and fog.

Note: Order 1 operator for single swing gates and 2 operators if you have a double gate application.
