Protect your gate or garage door with the Liftmaster S505AL Resistive Sensing Edge with Aluminum Mounting Channel. This safety device is fast and easy to install both vertically and horizontally. The S505AL is included with all of our Liftmaster slide gate openers to meet the UL 325 safety standards. Available here for purchase without an operator, you can add this edge to your existing gate, or use it for additional entrapment protection. The S505AL can easily be trimmed down to fit your specific application.
Note: Swing gate openers only need (1) monitored protection device, UNLESS the gate swing path is within 14 inches of an immovable object (wall, curb, etc.).
