LiftMaster Single Swing Gate Operator Kit - Includes LA400UL and LMRRUL Photoeyes

Open and close your swing gate reliably with the Liftmaster LA400PKGUL 24VDC Swing Gate Opener Kit. Built around the Liftmaster LA400UL gate operator, this kit is perfect for swing gates up to 16' long or 850 lbs. This system includes battery backup functionality that will allow you to operate your gate for up to 400 cycles. The low voltage wiring option with this kit is a real money saver because you don't have to run dedicated 120 VAC to your gate.

The Liftmaster LA400PKGUL meets all UL 325 Safety Standards thanks to the included LMRRUL monitored reflective style photo eye sensors which feature an updated swivel mounting bracket and an integrated heater that keeps the lens clear of moisture from rain, snow, and fog.

Note: Order the LA400DCS Secondary Actuator Arm if you have a double gate application.
