LiftMaster Solar Powered Single Swing Gate Operator Kit - Includes LA412UL and LMRRUL Photoeyes

Open and close your swing gate without the need for power with the Liftmaster LA412PKGUL 12VDC Solar Powered Residential Swing Gate Opener Kit. Built around the Liftmaster LA4412UL gate operator, this kit is perfect for swing gates up to 16' long or 850 lbs. This system has been optimized for solar power and includes the mounting hardware and 10 Watt solar panel.

The Liftmaster LA412PKGUL meets all UL 325 Safety Standards thanks to the included LMRRUL monitored reflective style photo eye sensors which feature an updated swivel mounting bracket and an integrated heater that keeps the lens clear of moisture from rain, snow, and fog.

Note: Order the LA412DCS Secondary Actuator Arm if you have a double gate application.
