The Locinox® Modulec-SH Surface Mounted Electric Keep is a fast and easy way to incorporate fence gates into your access control system. The electric strike installation is fast and easy thanks to the Quick-Fix mounting system. This electric strike is the Emissa model which is Fail-Close (Fail Secure) meaning that in the event of a power failure, the electric strike/keeper will remain secure. You can still unlock your lock with a key to gain access even when the power is out.

The Modulec-SH can also be used to easily upgrade existing Locinox installations using the SH keeps!

When choosing a lock to use with the Modulec-SH Keep, we recommend using a lock and Aluminum Knob Blocking Set configured so that you need to use a key to operate the latch bolt, keypad, or other access device in order to gain access to the gate. In most situations you will want to allow for free exit/egress which can be accomplished by choosing a free exit lock or by upgrading your lock with one of our free exit accessories.
