The 4-Wheel Ridgid Pipe Cutter is designed for areas where a complete turn is impossible. The four cutting wheels allow you to rock the unit back and forth instead of spinning it around and around. This pipe cutter will cut up to 2-1/2" tubing (2-3/8" OD Actual), in the fence world - or - 2" ID Pipe (2-3/8" OD) in the plumbing world. Every truck should have one (that chop saw sometimes just won't start). Capable of cutting chain link fence post and top rail.Use in conjunction with a pipe wrench to grip material.
