Slide-Rite Base Runner Sliding Tool - Stop avoiding sliding practice! The Slide-Rite teaches sliding and diving skills without the worry of injury. Constructed from durable Cordura with a 2-1/2" foam cushion. Top nylon sliding sheet is attached but releases when you slide, allowing for smooth and safe sliding. Pro and Standard versions available. Measures 42'W x 12'L. Helpful Hint: If sliding becomes difficult, lightly spray the surface of the Cordura (bottom portion) with silicon. Do not spray the top nylon sliding sheet. Usually ships in 7-10 business days.
