Steel Bollard Posts, Galvanized (HF-SBP)
These galvanized steel bollard posts are heavy-duty protective barriers designed to help shield gates, fencing, buildings, equipment, and other vulnerable areas from vehicle impact. Commonly used in commercial, industrial, and high-traffic environments, these bumper posts provide dependable protection in locations where durability and structural strength are critical.
Each bollard is fabricated from thick-wall steel pipe and includes a welded 8" square x 3/8" thick galvanized base plate for secure surface mounting applications. Posts and mounting plates are fabricated after galvanizing, and welded areas are coated with zinc-rich paint to help maintain corrosion resistance and long-term outdoor durability.
Steel bollard posts are frequently installed near gate openings, loading docks, parking areas, storefronts, access control equipment, fence lines, and drive lanes where accidental vehicle contact may occur. Their rugged construction helps absorb impact while reducing the risk of damage to surrounding infrastructure and security systems.
Post sizes are measured by outside diameter (O.D.), and multiple height and diameter options are available to meet different site and protection requirements.

Ordering Notes:
Select the appropriate bollard height and diameter based on the level of protection required and site-specific conditions. Larger diameter and taller bollards are generally recommended for areas with heavier vehicle traffic or industrial equipment exposure.
Posts are sold individually and do not include caps. Compatible bollard caps may be purchased separately.
Installation Notes:
These bollards are designed for surface mounting using the welded base plate. Concrete anchors are required for installation and are sold separately. In-ground bollard styles are also available through our Chain Link Framework product offerings.
Proper spacing, alignment, anchoring, and installation depth are important to ensure effective impact protection and long-term performance.
