Top Rail Tie (NW-TRT)
The TRT is placed in the post after the top rail has been installed. Once the TRT is in place, simply fasten it to the top rail. This system will distribute the “pull” of the rail over the width of the post as opposed to isolating it to a single point as the “keeper screw” does.
