Guarantee

Hampden Fence Supply, Inc. gate rollers are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of shipment. At it's option Hampden Fence Supply, Inc. will repair or replace
defective gate rollers.

Hampden Fence Supply, Inc. disclaims responsibility for failure arising from misuse, negligence, improper installation, tampering or other operating conditions, beyond its control. 

Products must be maintained in accordance with Hampden Fence Supply, Inc. instructions.  Hampden Fence Supply, Inc. is not liable for labor costs incurred in removal, reinstallation, or unauthorized repair of the product or for damage of any type including incidental or consequential damage. 

Hampden Fence Supply, Inc. neither assumes or authorizes any representative of Hampden Fence Supply, Inc. or any other person to assume for it any other liabilities in connection with the sale of the products. This guarantee may not be verbally changed or modified by any representative of Hampden Fence Supply, Inc.

Returns

No product shall be returned to Hampden Fence Supply, Inc without first obtaining return authorization from a Hampden Supply, Inc representative.  All returns must be freight prepaid. Freight collect or shipments without
authorization will be refused. If the gate roller is found to be defective, shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Maintenance

The rollers must be greased at the following intervals: 

Gates with normal operation ( opening less than 10 times per day ) must be greased twice per year.

Automatic gates ( opening more than 10 times per day) must be greased 6 times per year.

Conditions:

The following conditions will void guarantee:

1. Lack of grease
2. Gate being out of adjustment so as to cause the roller to loosen and come apart.
3. Evidence of damage by vehicle, etc.
