| Ideal Shieldฎ Bumper Post Kits protect
personnel and machinery with the Ideal Shieldฎ Bumper Post Sleeve and Steel Post System.
The system consists of an outer shell constructed of Low Density Polyethylene
Thermoplastic (LDPE) and a Shedule 40 steel inner sleeve - this puts an end to rusting,
chipping, pitting, discoloration, scraping, sanding, priming, and painting. |

| Bumper Posts are available in 4",
6", and 8" sizes. Choice of Bolt-In or Core-In designs. Bolt-In design has a
welded base plate with four anchor bolt holes, designed for surface mounting to concrete
surfaces. The Core-In design has an additional 12" length for in-ground mounting, no
base plate. Holes should be drilled oversized and filled with concrete to secure the post
for Core-In design. Both styles available in five heights from 27" to 52". |

| Sleeves are available in standard
colors OSHA yellow, blue, red, green, and white. Smooth finish with a dome top.
Approximately .25" thick sleeve contains ultraviolet and anti-static additives to
resist fading and allow easy cleanup, won't rip or tear. Sleeved fits post size ordered.
Optional reflective tape available in a variety of colors, consists of two stripes of
3/4" reflective tape. |
