Pitcher's Mound & Batter's Box Foundations |
| Jox Boxes - The Jox System is designed to give players level, solid and
comfortable footing, reduce sliding injuries and eliminate the maintenance costs of
dreaded dug-out holes around home plate while allowing players to dig-in. Any type of
spike can be used. Constructed of a porous rubber crumb base, heated and pressed to the
proper density, with a 3/4" sand filled fiber turf top. Overall thickness is
approximately 3". The Jox Box system is easy to install and has been in use on fields
over 5 years. Cover the last 1/2" with your infield mix and players won't know it's
there. Tapered edges ensure player safety when sliding. |

| Saf-T-Mat System - Red polyurethane all rubber construction with a non-skid granular surface.
This system prevents ground erosion caused by digging in & player motion. Reduces
repair time. Pads are buried in the ground & should have at least 2" of packed
dirt covering them. Mound pads can be used above or below ground. Can use metal cleats. |

| Home Plate & Mound Blocks - Packing clay blocks have long been the progressive grounds keeper's
secret weapon. Save many back breaking hours repairing the mound and home plate areas! The
solid clay bricks have no holes and yield a superior binding action of the clay giving a
more solid subsurface footing. Install Batter's Blocks on the mound, in batter's boxes,
catcher's areas or lead off areas to drastically reduce wear. Simply excavate the area 2
3/4" deep, level and rake then tamp to compact. Install blocks side by side and
thoroughly wet the blocks to promote binding, when water is fully absorbed cover with
existing material and let stand for 24 hours. Approximate size is 2 1/4" x 4" x
8" solid blocks (no holes), 6 lbs. each and sold only in full skid quantities of 320
bricks. One skid will cover approximately 72 sq. ft. at a 2-1/4" depth. More Information |

multi-section "puzzle" style construction, only the outside edges need trimmed
or tucked (detailed instructions included). Can be installed by your grounds crew. Must be
installed on a concrete foundation. Designed to fit a regulation 13' radius home plate
cutout. Available in 5' or 10' widths, with or without 5mm shockpad backing. Can be
