No more sandbags or concrete blocks! The Z-Block is custom manufactured to fit over the ZND Tube Stand without increasing it's foot print. Z-Blocks are an environmentally friendly option that will outlast sand bags for decades and stack neatly for storage when not in use. The Z-Block is a more appealing option than bulky, heavy, and messy sand bags.
The ZND temporary fencing system is perfect for those looking to rent fencing or that want a cleaner looking fence line for their events and jobs sites.
Z-Blocks are constructed from high visibilty PVC plastic and, combined with its low profile design that fits inside the stand, can reduce trip hazards for pedestrians at job sites and events. Each Z-Block comes pre-filled with sand and weighs 25lbs. Additional sand can be added to a maximum weight of 27lbs per Block. Use these weights to secure your job sites, event spaces, or public works fencing.

Ordering Notes:
The Z-Block can be purchased individually or in pallet quantities. If ordering pallet quantities, the ZND Z-Block Stillage will be included. The Stillage is galvanized steel and can hold up to 60 blocks. These stillages are stackable to save on storage space. The Stillage also makes transportation easier if you have power equipment to load and unload the Stillages.
We recommend ordering enough weights to secure both sides of the panel stand.
Installation Notes:
The Z-Block is simply placed over one side of the panel stand. There are two removable plugs on the back of the Block to add or remove the sand inside. Each block comes pre-filled to weigh 25lbs. Additional sand can be added to increase weight to 27lbs.
We recommend weighing down terminal sections (end sections, corner sections, and gate/opening sections) for a more secure fence line. If your temporary fence project spans a long range without breakes, it is a good idea to weight additional sections in the stretch to ensure stability.
