Heavy duty bolt-on barrel hinges are a great choice for gates and doors that are heavy and require tight tolerances with smooth effortless operation. The bolt-on feature allows for mounting the hinges in the field, without the need for a welder and generator on site, which saves time and money! A great use for these hinges are automated gates using gate operators. Many manufacturers require a bearing type hinge and these heavy duty options will work great. These hinges are also great for gates with panic hardware, electric locks or strikes, and countless projects where a durable pivot joint is required.
