Smart Access Hub (CAPAC)

Manage community access from one convenient platform with the LiftMaster CAPAC Smart Access Hub. Designed to add cloud-based access management to compatible existing systems, the CAPAC lets property managers monitor and control up to 4 gates and/or doors without replacing the entire access control system.

The CAPAC connects to the myQ® Community platform through Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular service. Optional myQ Community app licenses allow residents to unlock connected entrances from their smartphones and provide access for guests.

Note: A monthly myQ Community subscription is required. Resident smartphone access requires additional app licenses. Power supply is not included.

CAPAC Access Management Features:

Multiple-Entrance Control
Manage up to 4 compatible access points, including vehicle gates, pedestrian entrances, and amenity access points.

Centralized Property Management
Use the myQ Community web dashboard to manage connected entrances across multiple communities.

Resident Access Permissions
Add or remove residents and assign access to designated connected entrances.

Activity Monitoring
Review access activity and receive real-time alerts through myQ Community.

CAPAC Connectivity and Integration Features:

Flexible Internet Connectivity
Choose Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular connectivity to suit the installation. Cellular service is included in the monthly service subscription.

Retrofit Applications
Add connected access management to compatible existing equipment or incorporate the hub into a new installation.

Equipment Connections
Includes 2 relay outputs, 2 Wiegand outputs, and 2 monitored inputs for integration with compatible access equipment.

CAPAC Resident Convenience Features:

Smartphone Access
Residents with assigned myQ Community app licenses can unlock authorized entrances for themselves or visitors.

Virtual Guest Passes
Supported app features allow residents to send virtual passes for convenient guest entry.

CAPAC Installation Features:

Requires a compatible 6–24VDC power supply, sold separately.
